I just checked my castaway status and they have the number of cruises incorrect.there used to be a list of the cruises taken but it no longer is there. Is there any way to find it? How do I go about fixing this?

At the last "update" of the DCL website that info went missing for everyone. When asked, the answer is "we have to plans at this time to reinstate that information".

If you have any documentation (KTTW card, final bill, something that shows what cruises you've been on ) you can submit that information to the Castaway Club and possibly they can correct the number.

how curious. I wonder why they removed it? They must have it in order to know everyone’s status.

They used to show the details of each cruise, including the dates, ship, etc. In order show that information, they must maintain a database with those details. For the purpose of calculating the CC status, since they do not take into account length of cruise, money spent, or anything besides the number of cruises, unlike other cruise lines, that information is not required. All they need is the number of cruises.

Therefore, it seems logical for them to erase, at some point, the more than 25 years of data they had and conserve only a counter for each guest, plus maybe the last few years of complete information for legal purposes.

There was a time when Disney's castaway legacy website would be able to still provide cruise history information (despite the website "upgrade") with dates of sailing, ship, stateroom and reservation number. However, I tried checking the website again this morning and apparently Disney had already taken the site offline -- you would still be able to go the website but it would no longer be able to provide cruise history data.

I was educated by some threads on this forum to be diligent and keep or take pictures of the KTWW cards after every cruise as they could be handy to get past missing cruises reinstated to your castaway club account.

Have you tried calling DCL? I am pretty sure that they can see the information on their end. I recall having to call them a couple of years ago after they stopped listing the cruises and the number of cruises weren't showing up either. They fixed the account so that at least the number of cruise showed. Also my sons account did not show any cruises even though he had gone on enough cruises to be platinum. They were able to look at his account and see his information. I am thinking they should be able to give you a list of your cruises and if different than what you know you have taken maybe you would be able to figure out what is missing.

I just checked and ours is off by 2 cruises. WTH? We have sailed 30 times since 1998. It used to have the correct number.

This made me curious so I checked mine, but all good on my end. You can email support and ask them to provide you with a list of past cruises. dcl.reservations@disneycruise.com - I had to reply and also ask for the stateroom numbers as they did not include that at first. At least then you'll be able to see if its a glitch or a real problem that they don't have those records correct...! My most recent gave me a chuckle..... we apparently went 10 years into the past: 4/15/2023-4/23/2013 Disney Fantasy

I sent an email and got a reply saying it might take 20 days to hear back. Hopefully it won’t take so long!

They only stopped showing the past cruise history list last year after the "upgrade to the system". I think it was an unintentional thing but who knows.

Years ago my husband had a cruise missing that would have put him into the next level....gold to Platinum. I called DCL and they said they had no record of my husband being on the same cruise as me. I laughed because he was certainly on the cruise....we had pics together and I think I would have noticed if he was missing LOL.

They said I needed proof that he sailed. I always save our KTTW cards and I had his plus the stubs from our gratuities form which showed his name. I took pics of those and send them to DCL and they upgraded his status right away.

Oh dear….I don’t have any clue as to where all my cards are! Well I will see what they say.

I got a reply within 12 hours! They said that it was correct on their system and they weren’t sure why it was wrong on the website! At least they know my cruise number. I will check back in a bit and see if it is fixed.
