i do not have the cd with me riht now, but it opens with the sound of the horn from the ship. after that it is all island music (instrumental)

Thanks for posting the phone #! We sailed 11/04 and we are sailing again this november. So far, we haven't received anything. I just called again after reading this thread.

again I say CC packages and Upgrades as random as it comes we cruised Feb 24 and have not gotten anything ..... I will call since we are now toilet training the 2 yr old and all she says is mickey goofey ship. I want to get this stuff mostly the disk so I can give her something to think about.

I must be one of the lucky ones also. I sailed for the first time in June and received my CC info a few weeks later. I took my 2nd cruise on April 3 and received the CD this past Tuesday. My DM has not yet received her CC info yet. The CD is great I took it took to school and my very active first graders love to so their writng activities to it.

We sailed Easter week and received our Shoreside Survival Kit just today! The leter that came with it said that it has music and pictures. I can only get the music. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I view the pictures?

We got our CD a few weeks after our first cruise this past november.
If someone really wants one pm me and I'll see what I can do for you. The music is nice (no words, just instrumentals) and a few pictures that are real nice.

Hello,
To get the pictures as well s screen savers what you need to do is after you insert the cd and it is finished loading exit the audio portion then go to my computer and find the drive in which it is installed and right click on that drive, there will be an option to explore the cd if you do that you will see the other items on the cd.

Sailed March 17, 2005 and received CD and cards last week so approx 6 weeks later. Course we didn't return home until the first week of April so 4.5 weeks later... what a welcome surprise!

I'm just wondering when you sail on subsequent dcl trips do you get a castaway club member gift in your state room upon arriving? I'm just thinking if you've never received a castaway card do they have you on file anyway?I thought I have read that the gift was a beach towel.

We have always gotten the gift even though we never received the membership cards. They have it all on file.
