Just reread this story for the first time in a couple of years. I know many of you have already seen it but since it is one of my all-time favorite magazine articles I thought I'd repost.

I emailed the author after I first discovered this article a few years ago. Definitely wanted to compliment him. I didn't ask him, though, if he's been back since then. BTW... he's a published author.

Thanks for reposting the link......I also had read this years ago and was trying to recreate the story for my husband. Now he can read it firsthand.
