Castaway Cay ?

Sorry if this has been asked before i did a search and could not find it, we are doing the 4 day Wonder in April and my grandmother 78 is going with us. How far of a walk from the ship to the castaway beach is it, if it is far is there any type of transport???

It is about a 7-10 minute walk to the family beach at a decent clip - (that is, a decent clip with a 5 and 1 year-old in tow!) - however, there is a tram that will pick you up a few hundred meters off the ship to take you there. There is then another tram that will take you to the adult beach if you would like to go there.

Thanks for your response, it is good to know she could take a tram. There is no way she can walk 7-10 min. She wants to put her feet in the sand and watch and 2 great grandaughters so it is good to know she will be able to do that.

There are also special beach wheelchairs available if she needs this.
