Has anyone just gotten back from cruise in the last week? How was the water temp. for swimming and air temp. at Castaway Cay and other stops. We are due to sail in 11 days on Western Caribean Cruise and weather looks kind of cool at the Cape.

Thanks

Hello!

We were at Castaway Cay last friday, January 14th. The air temp was I believe about 75 degrees and very sunny, but also very windy. Most of the excursions were cancelled due to the high winds. I don't know the water temperature but I know most people around me commented that it felt pretty darn cold to get in, although it was nice once you got used to it.

We were at CC on the 11th. COLD water! LOL Eventually I made my way in, actually I fell in, otherwise this Floridian wouldn't have went in! LOL We had 82 degree weather, very lucky. It was warmer on Serenity Bay, I think because it was very shallow.

We were also at Castaway on the 14th and I agree - the water was very cold. Much colder than St. Martin and St. Thomas. Honestly, we took our kids back to the ship about 1:30 - and had a much better time at the Mickey Pool - it was empty and there was no complaining from the kids about sand in their eyes!
