Are there showers available on the island to wash away all the unwanted sand or do you have to wait until you get back to your stateroom to bathe?

Yes, we rinsed off in some showers by the bathrooms. It worked out great.

There are also some showers to rinse your feet close to the ship's dock, near the area where you return your towels. It is requested that you rinse your feet before re-boarding the ship.

Also an outside shower by the snorkel shack. (they're all outside showers )
