I am getting ready to call for our excursion requests, and noticed that the parasailing has a 90 lbs. minimum weight limit. Does anyone know if this is for a single rider? What I'm getting at, can I go with my 70 lbs. 10 year old in a tandum ride?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I am pretty sure the answer is yes, but when you call to make the reservation just ask the telephone reservationist they were very helpful and informative for all the excursions.

As long as the total weight of the 2 people is over 90 lbs. which of course it would be you are good to go. My daughter is only 50 lbs, she went with my hubby (170). No problems, absolutely loved it.

I had this same question. My 10-yr-old son is 61 pounds and really wants to go parasailing too. I'm glad to hear he will be able to if I go with him. It will be a first for both of us. I wanted to reserve ahead of time, but by DH is still trying to decide if he wants to try. Anything I can tell him to encourage him to try? You guys are terrific!!

Good luck, Jamashp!

As long as your combined weight is 350lbs or less, you can tandem sail together.

DD8 and I are going up together. We can't wait.
