Castaway Cay on last day of itinerary --- too rushed on the last night?

If you wait to pack the last day you will feel rushed. I sure did our first cruise and missed the Til We Meet Again. Pack during the week as you dirty clothes then pack all but what you will wear the last day & when you leave the ship before you get off at CC. You will be able to put most of your luggage out before dinner so you won't feel so overwhelmed with it all crowding your room. If that is done, you will be able to go to the show, dinner, then go to your room to pack up your dinner clothes & change into what you will wear to leave the ship. Put that last bag out. You will have time to go to Shutters and pick up your CD before going to the atrium's farewell appearance. Don't wait to check for pictures until the last night. When we are getting the CD I check every night and get them to update our account. You are going to miss a lot if you wait. Also, it's insanely crazy in Shutters the last night.

For me the biggest problem with a beach day right before disembarkation is the wet clothes. make sure you have a plastic bag on hand that night.

For this issue I just go to one of the shops and request a plastic bag. The CMs give these up all the time. I even do this at the resorts when I stay at one of them.

I liked Castaway on the last day, kind of a Grande Finale, and something to look forward to the whole cruise.

my next cruise it is on day 4 of a 7 night cruise, I feel it will kind of anti-climactic, to know the the best part of the cruise is behind us so early.

Yes, I know. I've actually done one, a 5-nighter on the Dream. I aplogize...I meant to say a 7-night itinerary with two CC stops, but left that out .
