Has anyone done the double kayaks with kids? We have an almost 9 and 10 year old. We’re hoping to do two doubles, an adult and child in each. When I try to book it, it only lets me book one double, with DH and my names. The kids names are grayed out. I can’t figure out how to select a second kayak/assign the kids to the booking. I also noticed that it used to say 8 and up and now there’s no mention of an age requirement at all. Wondering if they don’t let kids do this anymore, but if that’s the case, why doesn’t it say the minimum age? Anyone done kayaks with kids recently?

When we booked the walking/kayak excursion for last week’s cruise, it said 10+. I’m not sure why that wouldn’t be showing now. If you do that one, know that it takes up about half your day and only about an hour of it is kayaking.

Just looked at our cruise. Reservation for double kayak is by booking, not by person. Since you only have two people in your cabin over 16, you and your DH can each each book a two person kayak. Kids are too young to book one on their own (says 16+ if you expand the information area.
