Castaway Cay barbeque???

My mom hates 'sea' food... so I was wondering, what kind of food is there, and where is each located....

I.e. Serenity Bay... and the Family beach... do they all serve the same food???

We only ate at the Family Beach, (Cookies BBQ) but the food was very good! The only seafood I saw were the lobster burgers. There were salads - ceasar, potato, coleslaw; bbq ribs, hot dogs, bbq chicken, hamburgers, fruit, cookies, pineapple upside down cake, and ice cream.

I think Serenity Bay has a similar menu, but I think they also have steak sandwiches.

Sometimes the adult beach has lobster on Magic sailings - if they have any extra after the captains gala night on the ship.

I've been at serenity bay for lunch and they've had chicken, and hamburgers and steak sandwiches when I was there.

the same food is also seved on the ship that day, for lunch i know because when i was going to get it my grandson needed to get back to the ship, so i had about 2 bites at cookies then while on ship i went to parrot cay for lunch and they said it was the same food that was being served on the island.

I was hoping they had the Bahamian Rice 'n Peas.....love it!

On our last cruise, the food at Serenity bay was different from the family BBQ....lobster, etc. at serenity. Yes, it makes sense that it was probably left over from the night before.

Don't miss the fruit and ice cream stations near the family BBQ--they are easy to overlook if you don't know to find them.

If you return to the ship about an hour before the "all aboard," you will get rapid service from room service--DD is always starving after the day at CC, and we have late dinner. Deck 9 food stations are also open, but she likes a room service snack. If you wait till 5, they will get backed up with all the requests!
