I've read some of the past posts but have gotten pretty confused with the information Disney has given me. I have read that people have used either their own jogging stroller or rented one on Castaway Cay to run the 5k with their child/children. However, Disney has told me that children under 12 cannot be on the course period. So has anyone recently ran with a child in a stroller? If so, how did you do it?

I don't know how closely they're following runDisney's guidelines, but I'm pretty sure runDisney has outlawed strollers from their 5Ks. It's really a safety thing for you, your child, and other runners.

That said, it's not a closed course, so you could do it later on your own - you just wouldn't get the flexi-PVC medallion.

I have never seen jogging strollers either. I have borrowed the red strollers for port days and wagons in the past, and have seen the beach strollers with the huge wheels. We have a BOB Ironman running stroller and we haven't attempted to bring that on a cruise because of the size and usually stick to an umbrella stroller on board.
