Cast members are the best

I've spent some time in the last few days talking with cast members about reservations. I can't remember when I've ever been treated so well from anybody. I asked how does Disney do it? Tonight my helpful cast member says, they just hire people that want to be there and be happy. Every time I call I always have a very cheerful person. I wish all businesses could capture this company motto!

I agree! I got the most cheerful person ever when I added my Magical Express info. She was so genuinely happy for our trip

I called a few months ago to book my honeymoon on a day where I was finding quite a lack in customer service with work related things I had to do. I called Disney and the cast member was so awesome that I not only did the survey at the end, I followed the link and complimented his service. This was seriously the easiest thing I had to do for my wedding. This is why we love Disney. ( OK, one of the many reasons )

I am alwasy happy as well. Every call I have made, even if I do not hear what I want to hear, is positive. I love Disney cast members!
