Cast members are amazing!

A couple years ago we were celebrating adopting our daughter, who was almost 2 at the time. A CM at Be Our Guest noticed her celebration pin, and brought her a cupcake and big stuffed Beast doll during our lunch.

It made her day, and made our whole trip.

Well, that's a matter of perception.

Agreed. The amount of traffic they deal with on a daily basis is staggering. A smile fixed in place for the entire time isn't realistic. We are enjoying time- off and they are working. Also lets be honest, we as Disney guests are pretty demanding. We expect perfection.
