Cast member tickets and GAD FP

We are going to visit my sister in october - she is a cast member in EPCOT. we have 4 people in my family plus my sister. We are going to MK and EPCOT. She can get 3 of us in each day and we are going to use our GAD vouchers for the 4th ticket. however, that leaves us with 2 GAD vouchers that I was hoping to turn in for fast passes - however, I keep reading that you have to have a MULTI DAY ticket to use the GAD FP...is this correct or will i be able to get a GAD FB with a single day CM ticket?

No, you will need a proper multi-day ticket. The whole idea of the option is that you've already paid for the ticket for your trip, so the free GAD ticket has little to no value for you.

You cannot use a one day complimentary ticket, which is effectively what you get when a CM uses their Main Gate Pass to get you into the park, as the basis for getting the Fastpass Exchange Card.
