Does anyone have an email address or phone number to praise the helpfulness of a cast member? I booked a package last night for our Thanksgiving trip. The cast member Eve Marie out of the Houston CRO was so helpful. She really took her time, explained the whole dining plan and even suggested Mousesavers.com and Allearsnet to me. Thankfully to the DIS I already knew about these sites. She told me to keep checking and if a better deal came out I could modify my package. I told her how helpful she was and asked if such a site (prasie) existed. She gave me an email address that is no longer in service. So...has anyone ever thanked or praised a CM. I would love to let the higher ups know how truly special Eve Marie is.

The cast member will be very happy when they get the letter at CRO. They will receive a special pin to wear. as well as a letter. (at least thats what we got when we had an e-mail come in)
