For any CPs who took the bus to work at a Resort.
How does that work? There are toooo many resorts to have one resort per bus.

That's why there are bus routes lol. There are like A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, & J buses? Idk how many.. anyway, they all have a route and the bus schedule will tell you what time approximately they'll be arriving @ a certain location.

Usually, you'll take a bus to one location and then transfer to another bus. When I worked at Boardwalk, I took the DHS (then MGM) bus because it stopped at Pop after the park. At Pop, I switched to another bus that hit the Epcot resorts.

Having to take the bus to work at a resort every day would be the only thing that would make me absolutely hate the bus system. I had to work at the Beach & Yacht club for a couple of days for an event and it was so annoying. You had to take the bus to Hollywood Studios and transfer to another bus, the only thing is that the second bus didn't follow the stops correctly. There were only 4 people on the bus and the Yacht club was supposed to be the 3rd and last stop (if I'm remembering correctly, I know it was the last stop but I may be remembering wrong about the 3rd stop part) but by the 2nd stop the driver asked where we were getting off (I was with a co-worker who was also deployed) and we said the Beach & Yacht club and he said that's where we were at but it was definitely not the right stop number according to the bus schedule so we were really confused. I guess because there are so few people on the resort bus they don't go to all stops (especially early in the morning when they wouldn't be picking someone up that's getting off work) but it was just really confusing that they didn't follow the stops on the schedule. It may not always be like that, but that was just my experience from those few days I had to take the bus to a resort.

That's weird... I took the G bus which went from Commons to Chatham to Vista to Boardwalk to Yacht & Beach (& Fantasia Gardens, on request).. and then Coronado I think?... no transferring..

I looked at a schedule I still had in one of my purses and from the E (DHS bus) you transfered to G and Yacht & Beach club is the fourth and last stop after transferring at Pop Cast Services but the first day I took the bus the driver made it the 2nd and last stop so he totally eliminated 2 resorts. I don't know if the driver just remembered where the people got off since so few people use the resort buses every day and only stopped at those locations or could tell where they worked by their costume, but we had no clue you needed to say where you were getting off (unless you were a "on request" stop). We were in the Epcot flag shirts so its not like we had costumes that you could tell belonged to a certain resort.

It probably wouldn't be a huge hassle if you had to use the resort buses every day and got used to what went on (i.e. regularly skipping stops unless the driver for sure knew people would be getting off) it was just definitely annoying being a first time user for the resort bus and them not following the schedule.

I'm looking at a schedule too and it says the G bus goes from Chatham to Vista to BoardWalk to Yach&Beach to C. Beach Custom House to Old Port Royale to Carribean Beach/Pop Century Cast Services to Pop Century (stop sign/loading dock):confused3

The E bus is just Chatham to Commons to Vista to Hollywood Studios (Charter Lot)

Things have probably changed since your last cp. There is a bus specifically for the Epcot resorts and Pop Century that leaves from the cp housing. The bus I know of that has a connection bus is the MK resort buses. That one you'd have to take the "A" bus, get off at TTC, then take the "B" bus to Poly, Grand, Fort Wilderness; etc.

Yeah, it's true. Most of the resort buses now picks you up from the apartments. No connection buses needed. The only resort bus that you have to take from a connection bus is the B bus. You still have to take the A bus to catch the B bus.
