My husband has an interview for full-time employment with Disney this week:cool1: We are so excited! I know cast members get into the parks for free, but will my daughter and I be able to get in free because we are dependents?

When my dd was a cm, she had a limit. It was 3 people 4 times a year. Now if she only used 1 person, that was 1 time so she only had 3 times left. This was a few years ago. I think depending on the employment status of the cm, it varied. Plus, she had to be there to get us in. The pass for the day was, however, a one day park hopper pass.

Thank you for replying Disney Junky. My cousin worked at Disney once, but she had no dependents. She did get the free tickets for family members for just a set number of days.I am wondering, though, if the tickets situation is different for a full-time employee who has a family of his own?

Main Entrance passes allow for entry 16 times a year, for the CM/spouse and 3 extra people (or number of dependants if greater than 3), everyone must enter at the same time. CM/spouse must be present to use, (spouse will get their own card, also eligible for merchandise discount with this). Subject to blackout dates.

Also, twice a year, CMs are given 2 Complimentary passes (4 total) which are good for a single person, any day, even days that are blacked out, and do not require the CM/spouse to be present to use. These expire after 2 years.

Also, mid Oct CM's are given a Holiday booklet which contains 1 free entry for themselves and up to three people (or number of dependents if greater than 3), subject to blackout dates and expires, I think, in February.

Some positions (management) get a Silver Pass. Those are still subject to blackout dates, and limited to CM/spouse plus 3 people, but are not limited to 16 days per year. Regular CMs can also earn a Silver Pass based on years of service, I think it's 15 years.

Your spouse would also be eligible for a small discount on purchasing APs for you and your daughter.
