cast Member Admission to Parks

I understand there is the option to get 3 people into the parks with you 6 times. What I was curious about, if any current or previous cast members could answer please, are the admissions considered "park hopper" or is it a one park a day option? Also, if it is a one park a day option, can you go to your resort and return to the same park later in the day without it costing the cast member another day from the 6?

The ticket would be a one day park hopper that works the exact same way as a normal park hopper would.

This may seem like an odd question but is the 6 times for the entire time you are involved with the program?
