Just a quick question if you already have version 1.5 installed, can you just update the new charts, or do you need to uninstall and reinstall the entire program.

If there is a link to just the charts, let me know.

I think if you go to his website, there is a link to upgrade to the new version. Just do a search for him on these boards and click on his home page

Sorry, the upgrade only portion had to be removed to make room for the new DVC-Chart program that I just made available on my site. You missed it by a day. The old update section was still there Friday, but removed Saturday morning when I put the new home page out there.

So at this point everyone would need to download the whole program in order to get the SSR charts. That's not all bad because there are a couple of things about the SSR point chart that ver 1.5 didn't handle correctly (in the way of titles) and ver 1.51 fixes that.

You shouldn't have to uninstall the first version, but just install the 2nd version and it will overwrite the files. If you want to save some of your personal data, saved plans, etc, then first go to the directory where you have the program installed and copy all the .DAT files somewhere else. Then after you install the new version, copy those .DAT files back. (With the exception of the actual point chart file which I think is named Points.DAT You can open any of the files using Notepad if you like. The point chart file will be obvious.

Just FYI to everyone, I am planning on updating the Planner program using the same algorithms I developed for the DVC-Chart program. This then will give it point capabilities all the way through 2054.
