Casinos.....

DH wants to know if there is/are casinos in St. Marten or St. Thomas??? Does anyone know???????

There are 13 casinos, all on the Dutch side, St. Maarten.

As far as I know, the only casino in the USVI is Divi Carina Bay on St. Croix, not on St. Thomas. It's probably not practical to get there during a cruise stop.

St. Croix is definitely not a viable option. St. Croix is 45 miles from St. Thomas. Short flight, but long ferry ride (if a ferry's even available.)

Just wondering: why would anyone pay a lot of money for a cruise.................... then want to sit in a Casino all day? The islands are beautiful - and there is always SHOPPING! hehe. Nat.
