CashDuck Trouble Ticket ???

My Green Tea offer did not go through over a week ago. I sent her a trouble ticket. She responded and said I needed to send her confirmation, which I then did.

It has been a couple of days and I have not heard anything. How do I know if she got it? It is not listed in any of the categories except for the pending category. Did I do something wrong?

I am not sure what to do about that because I haven't had to file one yet with Kira, but I know that the Green Tea offer went down as of last night. She had e-mailed and there were like four or five that weren't going to be available anymore.

There is a place to see if they have submitted it to the advertiser yet. Go to the the trouble ticket page and there is a drop down box on the right hand side. Click on it and then check all of the options. I have one in the submitted to advertiser one. Kira told a friend of mine that it can take 4-6 weeks to get credit once its been submitted to them, so hang in there.
 
I know that it says to wait a week before submitting a trouble ticket, but what if the offer is only that long. I have 4 offers right now that haven't credited in a couple of days and one is True.com. Its only a 7 day trial so I will need to cancel very soon after I submit the trouble ticket (assuming no credit). Anyway, when she submits it to the advertiser do you still have to be an active member? For some reason I feel like when she contacts True.com they'll say, oh well she just cancelled so she doesn't deserve credit. Thanks if anyone knows!!
 

I had to cancel the Green tea one. So maybe I won't get credit anyway, but I did not receive my Green tea stuff even DURING the trial. I got it about on the 10th day. (7 day trial) I will go check my account on CD again and see if I can find anything. Thanks guys!

In the trouble ticket section there are 3 categories. Open, Pending, Closed. Mine is in the Pending section. Is that where it is supposed to be? Thanks.
