How much cash do you bring for tipping? Other than housekeeping, who do you tip? We'll be staying at CBR for 6 nights. What's an average tip for that resort? Normally we just stay at pretty cheap hotels, so I'm not really sure what to tip!
At a moderate, the only "officially" tipped position (meaning that wages are sub-minimum because tips are expected) would be bell services. Generally, $1-2 per bag for anyone who handles your luggage.
Some guests choose to tip their housekeeper $1-2 per person in the room, per day. If you do tip housekeeping, do it each day, as you may well have a different housekeeper every day. The problem with tipping a lump sum at the end of your stay is that you may be giving the tip to a housekeeper who never cleaned your room during your stay.
Disney transportation drivers are not tipped.
If you're using Disney Magical Express, I understand that your luggage might arrive from the airport to your room while you're away. Does anyone know if there's an expectation of a tip for that service? Either way, do the luggage handlers pool their tips so that it hopefully "evens out" by the end of the trip?
We never tip the resort to park and vice versa bus drivers. We handed the fairy godmother in training at the BBB a tip last year. Not sure if that is customary but that's what we did and she happily accepted. Thanks for the info! We're not flying into Orlando, so no magical express for us. Do you tip the bus drivers that take you from the resort to the parks? What about the BBB? Can I just add the tip when I pay for the service?

Bell services wouldn't deliver our bags from the ME until we were in our room. Is it different now?
