Cash rooms at BLT?

Do you think there will be cash rooms at BLT (through CRO)or will it be only for DVC memebers?

I'm sure there will be cash rooms!!!! Thats some serious income for them PLUS free marketing for DVC! If someone stays there and absolutely loves then they just might end up buying some points, right?

Bay Lake Towers @ Disney's Contemporary Resort

would expect them to rent it - just like the others DVC resorts.

they kept 3 to 5% for inventory to fix stuff and a new resort will be rented.

plus give it a few years and members will be trading out to other resorts and other places - like the other DVC resorts.

Who knows, it may not have any DVC villas at all.
