Cash Ressie - Do we pay extra for 3 Adults

I just have a question for somebody.

Now I know there is no charge when booked on points, but will I need to pay for the 3rd Adult on a cash reservation through MS?

I have a studio booked on points for a Wed and Thurs, a cash reservation for Fri and Sat, and another points reservation for Sun through Thurs. There will be 3 adults for the first Wed through Sun which is when I have the cash reservation.
ps, I haven't linked the ressies yet because our 3rd just decided to join and MS doesn't know yet. I am planning on telling MS that she will be joining because I need the KTTW card for an EMH evening!

If you got the reservation from MS, there is no extra charge for a third adult.
