Cash Reservations

We are looking at doing a cash reservation using our DVC discount. The one thing we were not sure of is with the cash reservation would we be eligable for free DDP or since we are using the DVC discount is that still considered a DVC rental and the free dining is not available?

No, free dining is only available for those that book packages directly with Disney.

Any reservations through MS will not qualify.

I believe that you also have to pay the rack rate in order to get free dining. If so, that would also disqualify anyone who booked a room with an AP discount.

Thanks...Now that I just climbed back into my chair from checking the cash rates for our room category we will not be doing that...
