Cash reservation thru Member Services-when do I pay?

I booked 2 nights cash reservation at OKW thru member services along with a points reservation. I got the confirmation which states the daily cash rate but it doesn't say anything about when payment is due. Do I not pay until I check in? I don't want to bother member services as I know they will be swamped with work, but I also don't want to lose this reservation because I didn't send money in. Anyone had experience with this? Thanks.

If you gave a credit card for confirmation on your cash ressie, you should be fine. I tied in a cash ressie with one of my point ressies and I did not have to pay til I checked in. Hope this helps answer your question.

We are doing the same thing in a couple of weeks. They will charge your credit card when you get there.

If you cancel 5 days or less before, they will charge 1 night to your card.

Yes - did cash nights at VB in June - they don't require payment until check-in but need the cc to hold the ressie
