Cash Reservation Discounts

I have decided to book an extra trip to Disney in May to take my eldest daughter on a special trip to celebrate the end of her first year of university.

I do not want to borrow next years points to stay DVC, so have decided to just stay the five nights at a value resort scared1: could be a bit of a shock to my system). As a DVC member, do I get a discount on a cash room only reservation, and if so what is it? I've looked on the Member Website and can not find anything.

There are no member cash discounts at non-DVC resorts.

There may be member cash discount of 25% available at DVC resorts.

There is a general public discount available right now that includes May.

DVC members can get a 25% discount (off the rack rate) for stays at DVC resorts, based on availability, but there are no discounts at non-DVC resorts thru DVC.

Booked our trip May 3rd to May 8th at Pop Century. Used the Canadian resident discount. It worked out fairly well for our trip. We will pick up our annual passes down there as we are going back again in December.

Can't wait for the trip!
