Cash Reservation Discount

Can anyone tell me what the average cash discount is on a reservation? Also, can a member make a reservation for a renter and include a cash reservation if necessary?

If available - it will be 25% off the posted rack pricing for the room size/location you're interested in.

For a DVC discounted cash reservation, the member is supposed to be staying in the villa. So if you aren't going with the renter, you probably cannot get a discounted cash reservation.
