Cash rates by season for HH?

Does anyone have a list of the cash rates (and member or Disney Visa rates) for HH?

They used to have this info on the member web site, but since it's been "upgraded", they're not there any longer. I have, in the past, used Travelocity or Expedia to get the rack room rates for the dates I've been interested in. The member discount rates are usually only available (if at all) a couple of months before the reservation date. Disney Visa rates are only available for very limited amounts of time, during the slowest seasons. They're usually not announced too far ahead of time.

It's frustrating sometimes. I usually just look up the rack rates, and figure it as a "worst case scenario" and hope that something better opens up later on!

The member discount rates are usually only available (if at all) a couple of months before the reservation date.

This may depend on the season because we booked our member cash discounted rates about 10 months ahead of time and then just added the points nights at the 7 month window. The member rate for a 2 BR in Nov was $124 plus tax.

I am paying $410 for a two bedroom on a Saturday in mid June.... the first Saturday of the premium season. This is without a discount, although MS did say to call back every couple of months and check on a member discount.

The member discount we received was 25% if that helps.
