I'm thinking about attempting to score seating at Casey's to view Wishes. I haven't been there since they expanded the outdoor seating area.has anyone done this and what was your experience? I seen one pic and saw the tables with umbrellas up, do they come down during wishes or are they an obstruction? Any suggestions would be great?

1) Better get there 2-hrs early.
2) People grab the seat to eat, then stay-and-stay-and-stay for Wishes.
3) The view can be good, unless blocked by a tree.
4) That is why so many people get there so early.
. . . One - to get a seat
. . . Two - to get a seat without a tree

They aren't bad but you can get there a little later and stand right by the FW viewing area and have just as good if not better view and not be holding up a table for someone who might want to sit and eat. Now if you are eating there, go for it but that place gets to be a mad house around parade/wishes time. We were actually eating at Casey's during the parade last time we were there and managed to grab a table to sit at, my DS was adamant that as soon as we were done we get up and leave so someone who wanted to sit and eat could do so. We moved to right where they were running the rope to back a walkway for people to walk right beside the FP area and it was perfect.
