I am looking for a counter service in the Magic Kingdom, something not too heavy because we have reservations at 4:30 to eat in Epcot. What do you all prefer?
I agree that Casey's is a better choice if you're trying to eat a bit light. Another possiblity is just to split something at Cosmic Rays. They have a bigger selection and their portions are big enough that they can be shared easily.
Huge fan of Casey's here! Their dogs do fill me up though. But it is great to sit outside and stare at the castle while eating.
Of course one time I grabbed a dog and ran to get on Splash (I was doing a whirlwind kind of thing before I met up with friends that day). As I walked by eating the hot dog, tons of people turned and kept saying "that smells so good" or "OMG what is that smell, I am so hungry now"
I know this was not on your list, but Columbia Harbour House has a great Tuna Sandwich, very light, not heavy. If you go up stairs, it gives you a break from the crowds, and a great view too. Just a thought.

Another vote for casey's here. We had an early light lunch there last week before our 4:40 ADR at Le Cellier. It worked out well. Plus the hot dogs are yummy.
I would grab a dog from Casey's if I/ we wanted to eat it curb-side durring the parade. I'd also grab one there if one of us was *starving* as we were walking into / out of MK. Other than that, not so much. There is too little selection, and I dont like the seating (unless Its changed since '99)
Columbia Harbor is my choice...but for this one I'd base it on where you want to be in the park, rather than where you want to eat. There's a decent CS in each of the "lands" for a light meal.
Our last trip we were able to enjoy both If you want something lighter, Casey's it is, but Casey's seating wasn't great though. Cosmic Rays was good with good seating, but was definitely heavier. I haven't tried Columbia House so no comment there.
