No clue who this person talking is right now. Holly something or other. She was in the court room today. She said CM came in 10 minutes late (and said it was very crowded) and Baez came in 20 minutes late while Ann was busy arguing a mistrial. Cindy was in the hall screaming at Baez for being late and leaving Casey alone at that table while a major motion was being discussed. This person says she was there at 8:10 and was easily able to get up to the courtroom in time along with the Anthony's and the full courtroom. Apparently, CM and Baez seemed to be the only ones that were late.

Baez knows this is the one issue that pushes his buttons is to keep going over the testimony about gas cans, even though he has been asked. He is trying to upset him into confessing something. So far this is not working.

I suppose. Did TL testify to him and ICA breaking into the shed to "borrow" the gas cans?

You would think they would prepare to be there at least 30 minutes early. Embarrassing and unprofessional..How not surprising...

TL stated that he broke the lock on the shed and Casey took the gas cans.

I'm just guessing here, cuz I'm just a SAHM, but I'm thinking that if you're a lawyer in one of the biggest cases in U.S. history, you want to get up a little early and get to court EARLY...NOT LATE, NOT "ON TIME"...but EARLY. No?

I'm just guessing here, cuz I'm just a SAHM, but I'm thinking that if you're a lawyer in one of the biggest cases in U.S. history, you want to get up a little early and get to court EARLY...NOT LATE, NOT "ON TIME"...but EARLY. No?

It must be a SAHM thing because that would be what I would do, too. What the heck do we know? Now I am leaving to pick my DD up from work. Maybe I should get there late??

Public poll or not, I would still admit that I voted yes! Her ego is so huge that if she at all thinks she may be getting a guilty verdict with the way things are as of right now, she will go on the stand to play up to the jury. I think she believes she would rather go for an acquittal than go for any appeals down the road...

They're replaying some of Bozo's skankier questions from this morning. Makes me sick.

I need to shower. This would be a good time to do it.

Oops...now they're talking on InSession about putting Casey on the stand. That Baez probably intended to put her on the stand, but probably not now. Casey Jordan saying that her FBers are saying that before today, they thought a lesser crime, but after this morning, they're thinking First Degree or Felony Murder. (Did I get those charges right?)
