George hates Baez so much and it shows. George is trying so hard to prove Baez wrong that he doesn't realize that in the process, he is sentencing his daughter to, at minimum, a life sentence in prison.

during an exchange between baez and GA about the argument and GA asking who was there, leads me to believe ICA will not testify.

Not necessaRily. That question/answer would be incriminating to her. She would not have to answer.

I think what Baez (poorly) attempted to do was show that Ga tampered with it, I guess as part of framing his daughter. (I am guessing....)
