I am thinking CA needs to be pursued for perjury. It is not like she was less than helpful or kept quiet. I can see that happening to protect a child. But she made up big lies to tell! It is just so wrong.

I have a Dr.'s appointment at 10:15 for this pain I've been having lately. I had it on the 8th, the 25th and yesterday. This pain is immobilizing and I have to lay down and just pray that it goes away. It lasts for 10-20 minutes and it's from my belly button to my rib area. This sucks! I'm not sure if I'll have to go for tests after that appointment.

Sounds like gallbladder pain to me. I was hospitalized last November for gallstones and had to have gallbladder surgery. I can't tell you what a relief that was to have my gallbladder out- I haven't had an attack since and I feel soooo much better! There is nothing like that pain!

Note to self if anyone you meet tells you their name is "River Cruz" or "Leisure Drive" or "Cloudy Day" run don't walk as far away from them as humanly possible.

It has got to be so frustrating for all these LE people that keep getting recalled to be on the stand for 3 minutes.

I thought that too, and they can't even duck out early and tell work court took all day because it is televised.

Here's what I'm learning from Roy Kronk & this DT: doesn't pay to be a Good Samaritan. If you see something; keep it to yourself or you may end up taking the blame.

It's a shame but that is the truth.

All I have to say is this: After this is all over, I hope those jurors are excused from Jury Duty FOR LIFE!

Ok--- I have a confession. The dentist office called me today to say they had a cancellation for a cleaning tomorrow (I'm due and their appointments fill up fast so I put my name on the cancellation list). I ignored the phone call because I don't want to miss anything important.

After the trial--I want to see a jury timeline.

So I just realized I am going to be driving back from S. Florida on Tuesday morning and now I am worried I will miss a verdict! I think we need to set up a phone tree or something...someone can text me if it comes out!

I'm worried about that too- except I'm worried I'll oversleep and miss everything!

I went to the dr. today and she said she suspects gall stones, so I go Thursday morning to get an ultrasound.

Good luck on your ultrasound! I know I replied to you earlier in this post but I just saw this now....I got the ultrasound and that's when they saw my gallstones and that I had stones blocking my bile ducts. I hope they figure out your problem soon and you don't have any more attacks! I found that taking a pain pill really helped me during an attack, of course that was before I had my gallbladder out. Don't be afraid to ask your dr for a prescription.

I'm envisioning a DISmeet where we all wear court-saying T-shirts.

Ok. . .I'm in the secret crush on Judge Alex and Melich club. Admit it, they're just hawt!

As far as JG goes, how does that not fall under hearsay? Add in the fact that Casey lied to him about paternity, and I think his testimony means nothing. . .except that ICA is a big fat liar!

As far as LA. I can really imagine that all he went through with the gf having an abortion and then starting another relationship right away, that he was probable very interested in Caylee's paternity. He most likely knew that JG wasn't the father and he most likely didn't think that was right or fair. He probably thought that whoever the real father was out there had the right to know. And I think that's where the, "Hey, Lee! Butt out and mind your own business!" came from. And I would think that it would totally be within ICA's character to tell JG that Lee tried to mess with her to discredit anything he said. Let's be honest. . ..she doesn't care who she throw's under the bus or who she hurts, as long as it serves her.

One more thing. . .that look CA is giving LA! No wonder he goes along with ICA's crap. . . just to keep CA off his back. It's really so sad!

Believe me I still have no sympathy for this family, but I sure hope that Lee trys to move away from this family and get himself some counseling so he can heal. I hope the same for George. It will be hard for the whole family once Cassey is convicted. Reality check will set in. I think there will be so much on the rebuttal for Cindy. I think she may be in shock, trying to figure out what she will say, and the look on her face when these two witness's appear to testify and maybe that letter as well.

ETA- somebody in that dysfunctional mess needs to remember why they are all there! There is an innocent toddler that is not here to defend herself. I was hoping GA would be the one. . .maybe even LA. . but apparently CA has such a hold over them that they are walking a tight rope.

I still think in the end, the State's closing argument is going to be as powerful as their opening that the jury will have no other choice to see through all the crap and stick to the facts. We can all hope!

If she is convicted... my DH thinks this is a slam dunk, I would like to believe it, but I thought OJ was a slam dunk and guess what.... if that girl gets out chaos will ensue around that home.

I hope you're right. It seems weird that CA is such a mother hen that will do anything for her baby, but none of that rubbed off on Casey. . .but I suppose that's how it works. ICA has some serious issues, obviously, and a lot of that has to do with CA never making her accountable for any of her lies.

I'll join the horrible camp with you. If I just think about it as Cindy trying to save her daughter, I am more sympathetic. But the reality is, an adorably sweet little girl is dead thanks to that very same daughter. If Kronk or some total stranger killed Caylee, would Cindy lie on the witness stand for that person? Hell no! She would want to personally execute him herself. Nobody would scream louder than Cindy if a stranger had killed Caylee. I want to see justice for Caylee and Cindy used to want that too. Unfortunately, she has lost her way.

NICOLE UPDATE

SHES DOING BETTER


I called at 11 (wanted to drive back down but dh said no ) so the first thing her nurse said was "She's doing better"

her oxygen level was down to 26 (needs to be down to 21 to get the tubes out) from 35 this morning.

she's had 3 poops today including the one dh had to deal with LOL . he said she was starting to freak out and he was saying "what's happening" and the nurse says it's ok lets take a look and OHHHHH ok this is why she was uncomfortable. poo everywhere lol

so dh helped change her and lifted her to change the pads she was on and he was happy about that

i got discharged and came home (slept twice lol) and waited until 11 to call for an update.

I'm told she's doing much better, her O2 is down to 26 and SHE WAS GIVEN MY MILK WOO HOO at 8pm and hadn't thrown it up, she'll be off the "hamburger heating lights" for her jaundice (sp) by the morning.

so things are looking great.

I was in downtown Orlando on Orange Avenue - so I decided to go see what I could see of the circus at the court house.

I went to the dr. today and she said she suspects gall stones, so I go Thursday morning to get an ultrasound. Then I go see the dr. again around July 12th to see what needs to be done. Until then, I need to eat a very strict low fat diet. Dinner the night before the ultrasound needs to be no fat at all, so I'll be eating grilled veggies and brown rice in nonfat chicken stock.

Yeah, in our conversations these days, DH & I find ourselves using "heed my admonitions", "pacifically", "let me rephrase that" and (Mare's favorite!!) "aannnnnddddd".

Makes me want to smack him upside the head and say "spit it out"...and I like that thought!

I'm right there with you! Last week was bad enough but when she got up there and lied again today that did it for me. Now I see where Casey gets it from.

I thought that the people from Gentiva would have been there today, but my guess is tomorrow. My thing about that is, why would the defense bring them in? To show she was lying? We all know that, but if they prove that she was lying about her being on the computer and not Casey how is that going to help Casey? Please explain that to me.

Well I think this trial has been a real eye opener for both George & Lee. I honestly don't see how George & Cindys marriage is going to hold up after this. Maybe it will, but if I were George, I would be out of there.
