They DON'T think, apparently.
Darn, I thought a week might help them get there act together, but I see nothing has changed!

Thanks! I was just going to ask what that was about...heard the end. Had gone to get my much needed coffee!Mason said it took him about a half an hour to get in the courtroom and Perry said, "Which door did you come in, Mr. Mason?" LOL
I tuned in late, what was Finnell's motion? I heard something about a mistrial or something and he'll rule on something later? Did anyone catch what happened?
Kurby that is the most fantastic news... thank you for sharing it here. I've got my fingers crossed you can hold her today... such good news!
If he declares a mistrial before then? If Baez throws up his arms and says "Guilty!"? I don't know.So what the heck does that mean? Reserved ruling until before verdict, "if we get that far". What?
Did you forget to tell them "Don't let me come home and find a mess!"?Darn, I thought a week might help them get there act together, but I see nothing has changed!
Yeah you basically got it right. He's reserving ruling on the mistrial motion until the verdict, "if we get that far".
What does that mean? If she is found guilty he will then rule? Obviously if she is found not-guilty, the defense won't want a mistrial.
