He doesn't know, he said LE may have been tipped off about a planned outburst from the gallery, but he did not elaborate. He said that is the reason a deputy is behind ICA today.

When was the officer placed there? Richard Hornsby tweeted about 2 hours ago that "someone in the gallery just yelled out' Meter Readers are people too!" I don't know if it was a joke tweet or if it really happened.

Didn't the CSI people say that tape wasn't sticky any more? How coud this duct tape magically stick to the skull as Kronk messed with it? AND it magically taped itself to line up the jawbone accurately? How stupid!!

I see it as sort of nervous joking. You are afraid it is, but of course you don't want it to be a dead 2 year old. So instead you joke, "Boy, wouldn't that be something if it is? I'll be rich, ha, ha, ha.....ha....."

I almost said something similar and very insensitive to my mom earlier today, but caught myself. A good friend of my brother died unexpectedly on Saturday, in Alabama. My mom (who lives in Florida) already had a plan to be in the same town on business this week, and the funeral is today, so since she is there on business she is going with my brother. My thought was, isn't that great that you were already there on business so you can go? But of course I don't think it's great that she has to go to this man's funeral, of course I don't think it's great that he died.

I did this at a funeral. A friend's mom had just died. I went up after the mass and said, "Good to see you!"

And the nervous laughter thing happens all the time. Google the funeral episode of the Mary Tyler Moore show.

I too noticed Kronk's testimony changes. putting him closer and closer to the remains. I figured he got up there and touched it to see finally what it was and now he has admitted he got up close.

I don't think it's changing. There were several dates. He got closer each time.

Kronk did ask repeatedly that Mason be more clear on the dates he was talking about.

That's what I thought I just heard. I thought the whole point of this nonsense was to prove that Kronk applied the duct tape and now CM says there was already duct tape there????

I don't think it contradicts the defense theory. The tape would indeed be on when Kronk "found" the body, according to them.
