So he is saying he saw it in August in the same spot where it was eventually found. What's the issue?

I guess what the defense is getting at is why was he the only one who could see it. I got the feeling CM was trying to say he marked the site with a white board so the next time he called the police they would find the location.

He said that it looked like a skull. Mason is never clear what dates. Kronk did say a skull rolled out of the bag so he was closer than that. But he did not put her there or hide her body.

He is using his deposition testimony and showing that it is different from his testimony on the stand today. Sure is boring when CM does it. Not going to have the impact as when the State impeaches, IMO.

I think he sounds very credible, he doesn't contradict his depo testimony

Seriously. Why wait? I think that he called, nothing came of it, so he went back later to look again, since she hadn't been found. Why wait, and risk having someone else find her? I'm so confused about what they're claiming and where they're going with this.

River Cruz on now (a recorded interview)...yeah, she'll make a good witness. NOT. Plus, people who use different names kind of screw up their credibility. People who use a name like "River Cruz" make themselves look like a stripper.
