Cindy says she didn't tell the detectives where to look. Lee says she did - they had a conversation about it. Cindy denies the conversation.

Didn't both the goofy PI's and Yuri also say she did?

I have having trouble wrapping my brain around this one.

I finally made it! I'm all caught up and ready to go for the 2nd half.

After pulling an all-nighter so I didn't miss anything yesterday I ended up sleeping 13 hours!

It seems I didn't miss any bombshells which is good.

So Cindy is the lone holdout huh? Good to hear GA and LA were honest.

GA visited River at her house?? Did he say he did? I know ppl here have said that's a no-no but I have to say ppl my age don't seem to have much problem with it. We have 1 friend, a male, who will not go into a females house unless the male is home or his wife is with him.

Example--He was deployed and upon return was stationed about 10 hours away so we hadn't seem him for about 3+ years. When he got stationed here he came over to say hi and DH wasn't home. I invited him in because to me bad manners is leaving your guest on the porch and he said no. He's the only 1 among our friends who is like this.

From what I've heard from Kronk he seems to be being honest---CM is going to have his hands full trying to prove this guy is in the business of moving dead bodies. And who is going to give up a $250,000 reward (which everyone know nows was fake) to wait for a $5,000 reward he wasn't allowed to get because of his job.

Maybe the DT knows that reasonable doubt and acquittal are a lost cause, so they are using this trial to make a case for sparing Casey from death.

I know that I am a huge fan of the prosecutions, but I do have to say that from what I have read here, and seen on tv the defense seems to be all over the place and fly by night. Personally, I feel that the prosecution was easy to follow because they had things in a cronological order. I don't know if the defense could have followed the same time frame, but it would make it a lot easier to follow.

Then again, maybe this is a defensive stratagy, confuse the jury to the point of insanity. I heard that the defense should be done by Thursday. Does that mean that rebuttals will begin on Friday and Saturday, and then closing after the 4th? If I were on that Jury I would be going nutty to see my DH, family, and talk to my DIS friends :lmao:

I am not suspicious. In fact, very trusting. My husband would not be going over to younger single women's houses to "counsel" them. My father was a wise man and sometimes people came to him to talk or to get advice. Any women came to our house, in the living room. I do think there was something with GA and RC. How far it went, I don't know. Yes, it would be best for JB to show there was intimacy and then the idea of disclosure might be more believable. Jose kept getting the idea in there with his questions. GA looked evasive because he did now want to answer HoseAs hinked up questions where he threw crazy stuff in.

Kronk is looking evasive and reluctant to me. IF that makes a case for morally bankrupt... not sure about that. Kronk and CM were "sirring' each other to death!;)

I know - why wait? The defense wants to say that he waited because he moved the body.

Here's what I think happened: he saw something. Wasn't sure what it was. Called it in. LE did nothing. Caylee's disappearance was big local news. The more he thought about it, the more he thought it could be her. The comment about winning the lottery? He knew about the reward and was confident what he saw was Caylee - maybe too confident, but looking back now it looks like he had insider info. Just lucky IMO.
:thumbsup2
I think men and women can be friends. But visiting her home alone multiple times is very suspicious.
Also, this was a new friendship. It does not look good going to a new woman friend's house, esp if you're having marital problems. Established friendships, secure marriage...different story.
Unless t once again shows a dysfunctional family. But again, dysfunction is not a murder defense.:confused3
If dysfunction was a murder defense, half my family would be dead and the other half would be acquitted.
Defense has evidence that Kronk caused the tropical storm.

This allows him a place to hide the body.
There ya go! Case closed!

They showed a replay of Baez's opening statement, that we'll never know where the body was originally. Why not? They've got Casey sitting right next to them. She was there when Caylee died. WHAT HAPPENED NEXT??? I swear, one of those jurors is going to leap out of the jury box, wrap their hands about Baez's neck and say "Caylee drowned...then was happened????"

I don't believe that Kronk or anyone else would stumble across the human remains, pick them up and store them somewhere and then return them in order to get reward money. Why would you risk getting caught with the remains? That does not make since to me. Also was it not proven that the body had been there for months?

Watching IN Session right now, I really think that the Jury needs to go out there to see where she was found. Where Kronk found her, and where the others searched is not as close as you would think from the pictures.

So I ran across this letter sent to the Detectives

Hi Det. Melich
I am reaching out to you because I am unable to contact anyone at the prosecutor’s office and I was hoping maybe you could help.

I worked at Gentiva at the same time Cindy Anthony did; she worked in the Winter Park branch and I worked at a corporate office in (withheld by request)

Regarding her testimony, there are several untruths she testified to, and I feel the need to make sure that the prosecutors have this information:

1) Cindy said she had to do computer searches at home since at work she had no access to the internet, that Gentiva had their own intranet. This is not true, all locations had access to internet (as well as Gentiva’s intranet). We needed the internet to be able to look up the most recent medications, therapies and treatments, since Gentiva is a home health company. This info could be easily confirmed by Gentiva.

2) Cindy said that perhaps her supervisor had filled in her time card, since according to her time card she was at work during the computer searches. This is also not true. Timesheets were completed by employees themselves ONLINE, not by paper and pen, and not by punching a time clock. Cindy stated correctly that we had lots of passwords and we were not allowed to give our password to anyone else, including our supervisors. The only one who could fill out Cindy’s timecard was Cindy. And if she was leaving early for the day, or not coming to work that day, we all knew the salary schedule, when timesheets had to be completed by. If she was taking a Wednesday off, for instance, and payroll was due by that day, she would have gone into her computer on Tuesday and filled out her timesheet, also indicating PTO. This can also be verified by Gentiva.

3) Cindy said she made her own schedule and came and went as she pleased. This is not true. Even though we were salaried, what that meant was that we could not claim overtime. PTO (paid time off) was given to us depending on length of employment, and was watched carefully. We were allowed to take time off but had to submit it as PTO. This can also be verified by Gentiva.

4) It was inferred that since Cindy hasn’t been to work at Gentiva since 2008, they probably didn’t keep any old records. This is not true. It is a home health agency, and as nurses, our paperwork and computer work is considered legal documentation and is kept for an extended period of time, always with the thought in mind that someday that documentation might be needed in a court of law. This is another reason why our time at work was correctly documented at all times. There was never any “I wasn’t there but my timesheet says I was”. No way, ever. If her timesheet says she was working, she was working. This can also be verified by Gentiva.
5) Last but not least, just have to throw this out there, Cindy is an RN. There is no way on earth she would ever have to do a google search on such laymen phrases like “head trauma” or “ruptured spleen” or any of those other ridiculous mispelled words.

I am hoping that you will be able to get this information to the prosecutors. My heart goes out to Cindy and George Anthony, but I believe they are lying in an effort to have Casey found not guilty and released. I just can’t sit by and watch that train wreck.

Thanks for your time.

Seems to me the others lie to help her, but he isn't. Whats an affair compared to ICA life :confused3 Since I don't believe any of the defense theory I am gun shy to believe their lies either.

They were going through rough times I'll give him the benefit of doubt unless the lies are impeached.

If my hubby went to a young girls place a coupla times I'd wonder what was wrong with her :rotfl:

Going to her house (excuse me, condominium) alone may not have been smart, but I can believe GA wasn't thinking. We have one male friend who will come over to work on our car when DH is not home - when he was single, as well as after he got married last year.

But, we have another single male friend who I would not be comfortable letting in the house with DH not home. It's funny because we were in a situation where DH suggested I pick this guy up and take him to the house and DH would meet us later and I said no, I don't want to be alone in the house with him, and DH hadn't thought of that. Then just a week or two ago a similar situation came up and DH told the guy he would have to wait until DH got home from work (sort of a long story, and I know I'm being vague). But point is, I don't fault GA for not being smart in that situation. I don't think they had an affair, but I think GA might have enjoyed the female attention.

Wow. Awesome. Do you have a link to it? Thanks for posting the letter!

Hi! Had to spend the AM chasing around to find out some work info: we were supposed to have a strike vote today for my union. Corporate suddenly got going last night & offered up a decent contract. They had been stonewalling & demanding concessions for months. This is a large hospital corp. where 8000 union members were ready to walk. Still have to vote, but reps feel good about contract. No give backs; no one loses anything! :thumbsup2

Kurby, sorry you had to leave your DD. I'm a maternity nurse, I know how hard that is for a mom. We hate when we have to do that to you. Hope Nicole gets stronger everyday & she's home with you soon.

On to the trial: Don't know if GA told the truth. But if he was my DH, I wouldn't like him visiting this woman at home for no reason other than to "comfort her". :rolleyes1

CA, lieing. Enough said.

Lee, feel bad for him. He doesn't know what's going on at any given time. And his mother will give him or anything up to save Casey apparently. Must make him feel real good.

Roy Kronk, looks credible so far. I don't believe he had anything to do with this case.

Back in court, playing a tape. Sounds OK so far...

Did he call non-Emergency line and was transferred to 911?

He says he called non-emergency lin on the tape.

I hate calling 911 and not knowing where I am at. (yes, I have done so--irritating when you need them and cannot orient)

Kronk just said on the first tape that he was not going further in the woods because of the rattle snake. If he was scared of rattles I dont think he would ever go back in there.

I didn't hear Kronk say he found a skull in any call rather looked like something

I guess I am nitpicking like CM is now lol

Kronk's phone calls. "the Anthony's route" "the Caylees route" "Anthony's road" Sure shows you what a huge deal the case was in the area.

Kronk keeps saying he did "nothing". Why is he waiting so late to call?

Kronk has a bad memory and is getting abrasive. I am sure he is mad about what he has accused of but he needs to cool it a bit.

I thought he mentioned a skull in his last call in.
