Congratulations again Kurby! Nicole looks like a big girl! Sorry you had to go through that like you did... and seeing Nicole with all the accessories, well, hopefully very soon they will be gone and you will be able to hold Nicole without them and bring her home very soon.

As for this testimony this afternoon, the best thing I've gotten out of it, was that they were there a month prior to the body being found, there was water, they didn't dig through the muck, didn't see a Disney bag... Other than that, they've just lost me, I think I'm tired. Those poor jurors, I doubt they're even listening at this point. Did they have a dinner break?

I enjoyed the overtime today - I usually go to the gym around 6:00 and today I had something interesting to watch while on the treadmill. Overtime every day!

I finally got to see her about 10.30. all the tubes, leads and stuff mad me burst into tears as soon as i saw her

Don't feel bad - DH & I agreed AF is wayyyy more "on the ball" than JB.

I really like WFTV's legal analyst, he gives a fairly unbiased view of things and isn't so over the top with his analysis, like others are. As far as Ann Finnell's plan to stay out of it until the penalty phase, as we say here in KY, "that horse has already left the gate."

Yeah, did some channel jumping since the trial began, but now rely on WFTV because I love Bill Shaeffer. He's not afraid to admit he might be wrong or just say "I don't know what's going on!". (Is it only me that thinks they WFTV should change to WTFV? ).

Couldn't the animals that chewed on the poor baby's body have also drug the bag from where it orginally was?

Believe it was Feralpeg who pointed out earlier that dead remains in FL do not lie around undisturbed very long. Having lived in MI and moved to FL, I concur. DH killed a coral snake in our longtime populated subdivision at dusk one night, thinking he'd clean it up the next morning. GONE.

I think Hoover is appropriately named because his testimony su*ks.

The WS recipe board for quick dinners during trial is funny. But cooking & watching trial does not go hand in hand. The other day, I was trying to make dinner, doubling the batch to freeze extra. I've never made so many mathematical errors or cooking errors in one recipe. And boiled over the pot too. Talk about distractions.
