All the news outlets last week pounced that the DP was unconstitutional. If I am understanding all current (correct) legal explanations...DP was not unconstitutional...the judge's ruling was unconstitutional. BIG difference, but not as major.

if you took the trash the odor would go with it--if the bag was as you say had a leak then thered be some left but the odor would go with the bag

reports from CSI...did any reflect odor was coming from bag---not in any reports I read
