It looked like a little earlier when she was reading reports looked like she wiped away fake tears.

Could have been real. 3 professionals just declared (via report) that she was competent which means she has to continue the trial to be held accountable.

Maybe so! Can you believe that? She was trying to say that she is not competent to stand trial yet she came up with all of these crazy stories surrounding Caylees disappearance, and stuck to it. She gave detailed information about made up people and remembered everything that she had said. I'm sorry, but she has got to be pretty competent to remember all of her lies.

Did anyone notice how down right happy she was when she came into court this a.m.? She was positively ecstatic! I think she thought that she had fooled the psychologists this weekend and was going to get off due to incompetence. Once she read their reports, her expression changed totally.

I don't Recall when--but I remember hearing at one time or another that a patient will try to "throw" a test for competency so that they get declared incompetent. The tests are done to account for that. I wonder if Casey tried to do that. I would not have been surprised.

I also wonder what they can and cannot ask her. Do they get the truth of what she did?

No way. I can see Casey being angry that her lawyers even considered that she is incompetent and being smug about showing everyone she is in fact competent.

I don't care how many times JB tries to discredit Yuri Melich, even if he scores on a couple of meaningless points. YM has conducted himself in a manner that is believable, straightforward, and professional. Nothing JB picks at is going to change his credibility in the jury's minds, IMO.

I noticed the same thing. I was wondering what she was all smiley and happy about and thought "Please, not a mistrial!" Then did her face ever fall while reading that report! And look at her sour expression now. Like she's trying to come up with some last-last ditch effort to get out of this. "Oh, what can I try now? The outbursts didn't work and now what? Who will rescue me?" I don't see her trying to pull off a jail suicide.
