Those IMs were totally crazy. Tony's "offspring handler" reference was so nice. Ugh. And wow that Casey, what a liar. Just more evidence.

But to me that does show motive. Can't believe the judge didn't let those in.

I did notice in there, too, that it seemed Cindy was going to be keeping Caylee for 15 days starting May 29 for her vacation from work (if Casey was telling the truth, there). So during that time, Cindy had Caylee a lot and Casey was able to go see Tony and everyone else. That would bring us to June 13th that Casey would have been fully in charge of Casey again, which was a weekend (so assuming Cindy is again off and would have had Caylee). That Monday was the 16th, when Caylee died. So again, Tony could be the motive... he clearly did NOT want Caylee around. So whether she was drugging her and didn't mean to kill her or she did mean to kill her, that is just such an interesting thing that it fit that time period. I really wish these were allowed in court. Makes the picture clearer.

Can you or anyone repost the link to these texts? I'd like to look them over again but not sure where to look for the original link.

I don't think it'll be "officially" unsealed, but info is starting to leak out already. Did anyone hear it had to do with Baez telling Geraldo details about the case and that Judge Perry is going over all that to see if some action needs to be taken??

My guess is that the investigators for the Prosecution are VERY busy right now looking into everything Cindy said for the defense and anything they can prove she's lying about will be brought up during their rebuttal. If Baez was smart (which is a stretch I know) he would have made sure that all the stuff Cindy testified to for the defense cannot be disproven later. For example, he would have wanted to make sure there is no way anyone could look up or access Cindy's old work emails to positively prove she really was at work when she testified she was at home online.

Interesting...I have all those tapes too, including the pink duct tape! (DS used it for a breast cancer "pint out" soccer game.) And...I kind of have a duct tape fetish. Years ago, before a Disney trip, I found flat travel duct tape in Walmart, so I carried it with me on trips, cuz you can fix anything with duct tape. (OK...in light of this case, that now sounds disturbing. ) DD brought it to Europe one summer and lost it. (Uh oh...in light of this case, THAT sounds disturbing.) Couldn't find it in stores anywhere after that. This past Christmas, I found some online ($2.50, free shipping! ) so I got it for everyone in the family for stocking stuffers, because as I always said, you can fix anything with duct tape. ::yes:

Considering your admission of a duct tape fetish, there is only one question left for you to answer:

If you came across remains in the woods, would you scoop them up and deposit them in new locations every two weeks, occasionally call 9-11 to lead police on a wild goose chase, and finally reveal where the remains are 6 months later?

Does anyone remember when CA was denying KC was pregnant & I believe she told her brother (Rick Plesea) something about "well, she would have to have sex to become pregnant." ? I can't seem to find the reference.

Ok, something's been bugging me about Cindy's testimony and maybe it's already been discussed here so forgive me if it has. If I recall correctly Cindy stated that Caylee would climb the pool ladder with Cindy/or other adult behind her, then Caylee would sit on the platform and wait for someone in the water to receive her. But the pictures they keep showing don't show that. They show Caylee entering the water first with Cindy holding on to her while climbing in. Isn't that a contradiction?

I don't know why but I just found out Yuri Melich is a guy. For some reason I thought it was a woman... Yuri is a common Japanese name for a female, and I studied East Asian cultures in college this past year so for some reason, my mind went straight to female. Then I was reading the interview with Cindy's brother and I realized, wait, I think I'm totally wrong here, and looked him up and sure enough... A guy. I feel silly.

Anything is possible with this family. If my daughter told me she was pregnant and the father was her brother, you can bet I would be doing more than just not including him in the baby shower planning. Of course, most families don't seem to react the way the Anthony family reacts.
