Anyone else more than secretly holding out hope that KC will try and testify? The thought of watching that trainwreck makes me giggle like a little girl.

Good ol Ashton would be a perfect opponent for the clever little Sociopath.

And if she doesn't testify, I predict the Jury comes back with a verdict in less than 8 hours (of Deliberation). Guilty of 1st Degree Murder.

Any other predictions of A)Guilt and B) Length of Deliberation?

You're a good doobie for doing that! We don't know exactly what the charges for deliberation are yet tho, so I'll wait.

Gosh, I wish! I'm an only child otherwise I'd be making a sibling pick them up for me!

As the youngest of 5, with 4 sibs who did pretty much NOTHING, consider yourself lucky. I still did it all, only I had the aggravation of them doing nothing on top of it. (And I never would have made them take a taxi...but then again, they weren't here during a big case like this. )

She isn't in a suit and Casey Jordan said to look for that if she was going to take the stand

DH joked the verdict will take 5 minutes but they will doddle for a few hours to appear fair ....guitly first degeree.

Just heard that there is jailhouse video of Casey's reaction when she is told they found Caylee's remains. They were debating whether or not the state would show it. I would love to see what her reaction was.

Just heard that there is jailhouse video of Casey's reaction when she is told they found Caylee's remains. They were debating whether or not the state would show it. I would love to see what her reaction was.

I am not sure that is a good idea. Especially If they don't mention her lack of a reaction to the Blanchard park find.

Baez can spin it easily (well--he has the opportunity to spin it).

What would the state gain by showing it?

Does anyone know if the defense rests today, when the state will take over for their rebuttal? if they rest before noon, will they come back after lunch with the state's case?

This is what I have been waiting for..the state's case to slam all the BS defense claims.
