We don't have personal duct tape at our house. Anyone can use it.

I used to lock up my sewing scissors so they didn't get ruined. But the duct tape? No. Ridiculous waste of time by the defense.

CA really did show that she has little computer savvy and a strange memory that improves with time! I am thinking the jurors will consider she may be motivated to save KC.

I think the big issue tho is that when police searched the house, the tape wasn't there. So that would mean George had it somewhere? Didn't Baez bring up that none of the other cars were searched? I have a bad feeling about this.

I just don't know the timing of the searches vs when George used the tape.

If anyone is watching Fox right now, I almost threw a shoe through our tv. Geraldo the stupid idiot(and yes I am in favor of the prosecution) is telling everyone that he had lunch with JB and JB is angry because of the YEARS of incest that happened between ICA and GA and LA.

Geraldo is a media w****...he just said that BP is totally anti defense. He makes me sick. Just my very humble opinion. I am totally taping tomorrow. I pray that the jury sees through this BS.

George had the tape to hang up the missing posters. When was the house searched? Could it have been in his car? The search warrant wouldn't have covered the car. Or maybe he never took it back when he was working with the volunteers, and one of the volunteers has it. It could have been all used up putting up posters.

Did KC repair that can as she placed it in a trunk? Perhaps that is where it went.

Geez, I hope not because he is also a media w***** he really is awful... I don't think he can hold just one opinion or if he does it's hidden somewhere in his psyche... I've only watched him a couple of times, it was all I could take.

Kurby, I think questioning a guy who is color blind about stains on a dark carpet when all he can see is black and (white or red?) anyhow, he wouldn't be able to differentiate a darker black than the black he already sees on the carpet? Or at least that's what I assume.

Whatever Lee went to Baez with, I assume it was no good in the way of the truth. I'm just assuming that about the entire family now....

OK so LP (yeah... I know...) said on JVM that the Anthony's are all getting up there and taking the sword for Casey because they feel that this WAS an accident. They feel that she didn't mean to kill her, but the chloroform did it. The duct tape was used to make it look like a kidnapping. So they are angry that the state is going with the duct tape as the weapon so now they feel justified coming in and saving Casey since they think this was an accident and not on purpose.

Also he says defense is going to call George and he is going to again deny it but do it in a way that makes the jury think he is lying... so it is really a win for the defense and George taking the sword for Casey.

Up until 8 weeks ago they were still looking for Zanny and apparently thought Caylee might still be alive. I think if their lips are moving...

Anyway, if you accidentally chloroform someone to death, I think that may still be a felony murder.

I actually think he is a little OCD with the cars, didn't they say he washed the cars every single week, keeping them nice and clean? Trust me a guy like that wouldn't take a car off the dealer lot with a stain in the trunk
