I remember a few weeks back CA saying how Casey came to her work in late June and told her she was pregnant. CA said they called family the next day to tell and had shower and set up nursery within 2 weeks.
I am not sure I believe Lee that he did not know this until 4 days before she was born.
How could he have missed the nursery and preparations? If they told family, how could he have not heard from them or someone else?

I believe you hit the nail on the head.
It reminds me of the OJ Trial when there was so much nonsense, so many things the defense through out there, so many accusations and in the end, either the jury was confused, didn't care or there was doubt that they acquitted. Perhaps that is what Biaz is trying to do. Just throw out as many things you can against the wall and see what sticks.

I am so sick of Jean Casarez and her overly dramatic psychic abilities as to reading the jurors' minds. 'And the airrrr was suuccckkked out of the roooooom......." She does it all the time. She sounds like Ann Curry doing an interview.

I see it more as a means for Casey to be the pita she is by keepin' that info to herself, possibly because she doesn't really know 'n if she does, she's gonna have some "power" in knowledge that her parents aren't privvy to.

Right about the end of my senior year of HS, two of my classmates got pregnant. In their cases, both babies were relinquished for adoption. BOTH girls swore dead guys had fathered the babies. Not dead at the time of conceprion mind you but shortly thereafter. I can't say whether one was truthful. But I was pretty close to the other and those of us close to her were pretty sure she was lying. Better to blame it on a dead guy who cannot deny it than tell her parents that some less than respectable guy was responsible.

I am certain Casey's dead guy is fiction. She probably has no clue who the father is and "dead guy" sounds better to Cindy's ears and the world than. "Geez, I dunno. I didn't get half their names, ya know?"

I'm probably going to the "dark side" on this, but I feel terrible for Lee. There is obviously so much dysfunction in this family and so much hurt. How are any of us to understand and comprehend what went on behind closed doors for years and years? Dysfunction runs in my family as do secrets; I can understand why Lee would feel "left out."

I'm feeling really bad for him too...

I get what you're saying, but remember how we felt about Cindy just a few days ago........

They're finally showing what was said when Lee started crying and InSession forgot to stop talking and air it. He did say Im sorry (for crying) and he was mad at his mother and sister for not including him and he felt left out.

That was my take. Until I can figure out if he is lying I feel awful for him

Body language expert on InSession is saying that the awkward pulling lips together in a smirk that Cindy had on her face yesterday was called "duping delight" (am I fooling/convincing you?). She said it also shows self doubt.

Also said that the way she held her hand for swearing in today (bend back at the wrist and fingers spread apart as opposed to straight up and down with fingers close together) shows that she is going to bend the story if she has to in order to get out of things.

I agree the fact that they didn't bother to know who the childs father was gave me the impression that they didn't want to admit the truth....that family has a secret.

I have a niece who doesn't know who her father is Sometimes when the ugly is in the room, everyone just ignores it What good does mom being a tramp do anyone?

Not that there weren't problems in the family, but Lee may just be a victim of the others I just don't know yet. He seems to have forgiven the bs about molesting her - I know I wouldn't have.

The defense wants the jury to believe that all of this was a tragic accident that got to the point it did because Cindy was such a tyrant who ruled the house and had everyone afraid of her. If you take a look back at some of the testimony, as well as the jail tapes, I think it's Casey who ruled the roost and had everyone afraid. I don't think casey was afraid of Cindy for a second! Look at the way she spoke to Cindy on the jail tapes and how Cindy kowtowed back to her. And look at some of the things Casey did before Caylee died. She stole money from her grandparents, lied to her parents, stole from them, too, pretty much got her way in everything. Does that sound like someone who was afraid of their mother?

My guess is that anyone who was with Casey around the estimated time of conception are in hiding hoping they're never revealed or found and dragged into this mess!

I dont know if any of you heard of the Steve Wilkos show, but I was watching one episode a week or so ago and it was about a girl 18 and her real father who are having a relationship. The dad said he does not even look at his daughter like a daughter. She says there is nothing wrong with them having sex. The kicker was she thought she was pregnant

The daughter also wanted to know if he was cheating on her, if so she would leave him. Lie detector said he was. He also just found out she thought she was pregnant and told her he did not want to have it. Well thank god it came back negative. But he convinced her he was not having an affair. She bought the lie and they went home together. I am not sure what the mothers stance is in all of it. But that is an extremly disfunctional family.

Yes, feelings are changeable and transient. They often depend on the picture in front of us at anytime. I have felt sorry for people I found reprehensible. Also, have felt anger at those who I find lovable. Best to look at the entire picture.

Just for arguments sake lets say the defense team ganged up on Lee and told him that he had to lie on the stand and say that there was abuse and he agreed to do it and when it came down to it he couldn't do it.

I think she really doesnt know who the dad is. And at this point I guess it really doesnt matter. The only draw back to it though is this dad never got to know his daughter.

What do those actions tell you? Didn't want to deal with Cindy, George and/or attorney? Hmmmmm .....

My opinion is they would be treading on some very thin ice, because if that ever got out I think all attorneys would lose their licenses. There may be other things they would like to do or would do but make a lie like that. I just dont think so.

I think Ca and KC involved in power struggles. Who was in control went back and forth. In the jailhouse tapes, KC is sitting in the catbirds seat as far as balance of power at that moment.
