I really, really, really just want to see cross. I was supposed to take my car in today but I may just send DBF for the part and watch the cross while he changes my headlight. It's not like I'd be any use anyway.... right?

Regarding perjury:

The consensus between the legal experts is that the state won't go after CA for perjury, primarily due to her being 'sympathetic'. I like to think that I'm capable understanding both sides of an argument (no matter how wrong the other side is ). However, I can't wrap my head around the concept that it would be a bad thing to go after her once the trial is over.

why was Cindy allowed to stay in the courtroom and be called to testify for the state and defense? She has had access to the hearings.

She came home from work and found the ladder up. I think she has testified about this before (I know that I have read or heard her talk about it, and her co-workers talk about this before. She told her coworkers she thought the neighbors had been using the pool. I think the state had her testify to this when she was their witness)

I'm starting to think I need to keep a detailed journal of what I wore, what conversations I had, what was said (preferably verbatim) and things I did just in case I find myself in Cindy's position. Because heaven knows that I can't remember a dang thing from last year much less 2 or 3 years ago!

They're saying that the worst thing that someone can do in court is reference work records, time cards, co workers as there are defense staff out there looking for this stuff/these people now!

And, on InSession, the one woman said she did a search (as we did here) for neck breaking feat on youtube and couldn't find anything. I wish someone would mention that youtube videos don't show as pop ups!!! Maybe I should tweet the InSession people!
