Cindy says Caylee could climb ladder to pool herself. Wow!! I thought she'd say that Caylee still needed help and couldn't get up there herself. Can't wait til they ask about ladder position to see if she changes testimony on that.

Yup, she totally could go up those stairs by herself... Next we will hear the ladder was definitely down. When does George get called to fall on the sword?

Cindy continues to cry over photos of Caylee in the pool but Casey sits there with zero emotion.

Ummm ... wait ... didn't Cindy just say that she got in the pool first before "receiving" Caylee? That last photo shows Caylee in the pool with Cindy just getting in. WTH!?

Why in the name of all that is precious does Casey wipe so carefully under her eyes and then stare at the tissue checking for mascara stains or "tears"! Really fake.

IMHO it looks like Cindy let Caylee jump in...her facial expression is too calm and she has a grip for Caylee to suddenly jump in.

George falling on the sword would mean that he would have to admit that he did those terrible things to Casey. Cindy is the safer bet for this dysfunctional couple.

It hurts me to say this but watching Cindy react to seeing these pics means NOTHING to me. A week ago I would be in tears right along with her, but after yesterday, NOTHING

Okay, what is this weird control sociopaths have over family members?? I Know such a person. Her father stood by her through horrible actions and crimes. The family boke apart and a high price was paid. I always wondered if it was guilt tat caused this. But, it slmost seemed stranger than that.

Dr.Glass mentioned KC was afraid to tell CA about her prgnancy, her non-graduation and her job loss. How scarey is CA??

I noticed when JB asked Cindy to describe one of pictures, Cindy said something along the lines of, "That's me going up the ladder behind Caylee as I alwa.....usually did." I'm not sure of the exact line, but she definitely changed the word "always" in mid-word to "usually". It's at the 8:44 mark. Maybe it didn't mean anything, but just I find it very evident that she is doing anything to save her daughter now. I am just in shock at the latest developments. I hope the jury sees through this.

Cindy said that she moved the pool ladder on the side of the house. Now all of a sudden she says she left it up and she told co-workers? SERIOUSLY, AM I HEARING THIS RIGHT?

Cindy said, she got Caylee out of the pool, handed her to KC and she got out of the pool and moved the ladder to the side of the house. Those were her words on the stand!

She did. I guess she will remember that she left the ladder up, since her memory is so much better now (than 3 weeks ago). Poor george is gonna get it soon!
