That must be some medication, because now her memory is working like a dream.

She said previously when interviewed that they lost one and they didn't want to lose another. Lady, it's not up to you to save your daughter. She did the damage, let her finally take the fall for it. This is the same woman/nurse who admitted that her daughters car smelled like there had been a dead body in the trunk.

Cindy is clearly changing her story. Think about the timeline.

yeah, I caught that too. I didn't buy it then. Why would a nurse who admitted to working with dead bodies in her past say something like that?

Up until today, I've had very little interest in watching the case. And then BAM! It hits ya' upside the head and I'm just in awe, shock, and just amazed at how this thing is playing out.

And where did Cindy work? A hospital or an office? I have a few nurse friends who work for hospitals and they can't make their own schedule. They're given a schedule and have to follow it.

the state is working on those computer records. Cindy admitted not using facebook and myspace, but she said when KC needed the computer, she got off, then she got back on. It all seems too convenient.

Deleted searches. You have to feel that someone was wanting to hide those searches. If Cindy was just checking to see if bamboo leaves were toxic to dogs, why would she delete?

Cindy is on better meds now. Her memory is more clear.

My thoughts exactly. None of this ever came up before and now it all magically appears...yeah I don't think so.

BUT, if they DO get records that show she was at work, will it be able to be placed into evidence ? (Judge's ruling that nothing new can be added)....

If evidence is to prove that a witness committed perjury, I have to wonder if it would be allowed.

I like how Cindy tries to blame the investigators & proscecution that they didn't know that she did the searches. "I told you..."

This whole thing reminds me of the discussion the View ladies had about the case. Both Barbara Walters and Joy Behar stated several times they would lie in court to save their daughter.

I was shocked at these statements, but maybe many people, including Cindy, agrees with them.

How to make chloroform was an original search. That means it was googled that way. Cindy couldn't own that.
