Jeff Ashton left courtroom after Cindy left the stand. He hasn't been back.

Probably taking a pill! But I see he's back. Yes, hopefully he's got something going to get Cindy's work computer info.

Nurses do nothing but take notes all day? Off topic, but Excuse me?? I'm an RN. Trust me. I do a whole lot more than that. As do all the nurses I've worked with for over 33 years. Guess I need to go tell our hospital administration to change our job descriptions & duties....

Goodness, I didn't it mean it like that. Nothing but love for nurses. I meant they make notations for everything they do. No medications or treatments would be given without it noted on a patient's record.

First I want to say I agree with you. Nurses are overworked and underpaid but I think what she was getting at was when you all do your rounds don't you have to initial or sign off on the patients you seen that day?

Oh, you know he's working on something. Getting that computer info. from Cindy's office subpoena'd or something to that effect. You know he's got to be po'd and is going to go after that!

The state won't let this go. Of course they will get records. People who sign other people's time cards can be in a lot of trouble.. don't worry

I hope that he is on his way to get info in Cindy!! This is insane! I doubt that they would have video anymore from way back then. Do you think this is why Cindy waited so long to bring this up. So that the video and the records (emails) from her employer would be gone??

Bottom line. Cindy admitted back in 2008 and 2009 that she didn't search for Chloroform. She searched only for Chlorophyll! If that was the case, she should have said so!

And, I wonder how close in time the cholorform and the Facebook/MySpace hits were on the computer. If Cindy and Casey were on and off the computer, if the hits were at the same time (or inbetween -- say there's a myspace hit, a choloroform hit, and a facebook hit, right after each other, there's no way Cindy was looking up chloroform since she didn't have a facebook/myspace profile. It would be Casey who was looking that stuff up.

I know whenever I'm in the hospital the nurses have to write everything down they do and if they don't have orders to do something they need to get orders... I think that's what the poster was getting at. My MIL was a nurse for thirty some odd years and she has told me many times of all the notes she had to take, she was a nurse supervisor at night....

Oh gosh...I didn't take the other statement like that at all. And I see Halloweenqueen responded below. But I spent 17 days in the hospital last Fall when my mother was dying, and the nurses were incredible...but they document things constantly, so there would be documentation everywhere, and that's how I saw what Halloweenqueen said.

Whew! Sorry! Thanks for the clarification! Guess I'm tired from working 12- 13 hour shifts the last 2 days with no breaks!
