You know people were sending Ashton cold meds in the mail, maybe we should send Baez a bottle of aspirin. At least were not being biased.

Were they really? I always get the lingering cough for months after a cold and I never knew how obnoxious it was until I heard Ashton coughing in the middle of talking.

I think anything we send Baez will need a prescription strength formula.

that was a botched trial

Thankfully the Nevada court system did what the California system couldn't do. You have to give to the late Johnny Cochran, he was a heck of a trial attorney.

Mine are to small she couldnt dig 4 feet. Who wrote the book here? Maybe they can loan us the money and make big royalties when its all over.

It does sound like, even tho Casey went to the front of the house, she immediately turned around and ran to the back, and George was already holding Caylee's body. Did she sink? Did he go IN the pool and get her? And WHO DOESN'T CALL 911 AND TRY TO SAVE A LOVED ONE??? Just does NOT make sense. If that scenario had happened WITHOUT George, than I can almost see it...Casey panicking, Casey thinking Cindy would flip on her, Casey thinking she'd end up in jail. But NOT George.

Sorry, I hit submit before I saw your correction -- but this is not an enormous house or yard. I still say the timing if off. Yes, drowning victims do sink as the lungs fill with water. They float again as they decompose (creating gas) but that would take a while.

Yep! But at least in the OJ trial I could see that the Defense had made a fairly good case for reasonable doubt to a sequestered jury. I have nothing against "reasonable doubt" -- in fact I think it is the jury's responsibility to try to find it. This Defense, however, has yet to make me feel reasonable doubt with the witnesses they have put on so far. Half of them seem to support the Prosecution, and at least 2 were (Spitz and that botanist woman) past their sell by date and far from credible. IMO

Casey knows letting her child drown would prove to Cindy that she was an unfit mother. She's lied for what appears to be 4+ years now and gotten away with it. She starts to "cope" with what works best for her.

George knows 2 things.
1 Cindy is his sugar momma, and would've been done with their marriage already if she didn't have to share their assets and pay him alimony. If she knew that he let Caylee drown......
2 Cindy would be beside herself if she realized that it was her that left the ladder in the pool. I know I would be.

And it starts to snow....

I found Cindy Anthony extremely credible on the stand. George Anthony was testy but also credible. Dr G blew me away, as did Dr Vass.

But then we have this totally incredible story of various people hiding bodies, a young woman with a history of pathalogical lying just partying away for 31 days, an imaginary nanny that predates the "accident," and lying to law enforcement who are giving her every chance to admit to an accident.

The Defense has yet to convince me that Casey was sexually abused, could go into a dissociative state, and isn't simply a murdering lying sociopath who duct taped her poor child, drove around with a decomposing body in her car for several days before dumping it in the woods and wants to get away with it.
